Kitchens Built for Entertaining Deserve Repair Done Right

Cherry Creek doesn't do ordinary kitchens, and we don't do ordinary repairs.

Walk through Cherry Creek North on a Saturday morning and you'll pass more built-in Sub-Zero and Wolf logos than in most entire zip codes. The condos above the boutiques on 2nd and 3rd Avenue pack six-figure kitchens into surprisingly tight footprints, which means a failed icemaker or a cooktop that won't ignite isn't a minor inconvenience — it's a kitchen that stops functioning entirely until someone with the right parts and training shows up. We've spent years learning the quirks of these buildings: the shared electrical panels, the ventilation runs that snake through unusual chases, the water lines that were an afterthought when the building went condo.

Head east toward Cherry Creek Country Club and the properties change character completely — sprawling estate kitchens with dual ranges, walk-in refrigeration, and outdoor kitchen appliances that see six months of Colorado weather extremes every year. We service both worlds with the same seriousness: no guessing, no generic parts substitutions, and no technician showing up without knowing your specific appliance family cold.

As an independent shop, we're not bound to push you toward the manufacturer's often-weeks-long service queue. We carry OEM-quality and factory-spec components and get most jobs scheduled within a day or two, sometimes the same afternoon if you catch us at the right moment.

What We See Most Often in Cherry Creek Homes

Patterns emerge quickly when you've serviced this neighborhood as long as we have.

  • Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer units losing temperature consistency in condo kitchens with limited rear clearance
  • Wolf dual-fuel ranges needing altitude recalibration after a factory reset or power outage
  • Ice makers in Cherry Creek North high-rises clogging from mineral buildup carried in the building's water supply
  • Viking and Thermador dishwashers with fogged glass or spotting caused by hard water scale on the heating element
  • Steam ovens in estate kitchens near the Country Club losing seal integrity from years of mineral deposit buildup
  • Wine and beverage center compressors cycling erratically in homes with finished basements and warmer ambient air
  • Cooktop igniters clicking without lighting, often traced back to a lean-burning gas mixture at our elevation
  • Built-in coffee systems and warming drawers with control board faults after a remodel touched nearby wiring

Altitude and Water Quality Aren't Footnotes Here

At roughly 5,280 feet, gas appliances burn differently than the factory settings assume. A range or oven calibrated for sea level runs lean here, which shows up as weak ignition, uneven baking, or a pilot that won't hold. Technicians who haven't worked Denver kitchens tend to chase the wrong fault entirely, replacing igniters or valves that were never the problem.

Then there's the water. Front Range hard water leaves mineral scale inside ice makers, dishwasher spray arms, steam oven boilers, and the water valves that feed them all. We descale as part of most service calls touching these systems and can point you toward filtration upgrades that meaningfully extend the life of the equipment in a Cherry Creek estate kitchen.

One Flat Diagnostic Fee, No Surprises

Pricing anxiety shouldn't be part of getting your kitchen back.

We charge a flat $89 for the diagnostic visit, and that fee is credited toward whatever repair you approve — you're never paying twice to find out what's wrong. Every final price is a starting estimate confirmed once a technician has your appliance open and can see exactly what's failing, because guessing over the phone helps no one and we won't do it.

Call (720) 649-6641 any hour of the day or night to talk to a real person, or book online in a couple of minutes if that's easier for your schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an appliance repair typically cost in Cherry Creek?

The diagnostic visit is a flat $89, credited toward your repair if you move forward. Beyond that, cost depends entirely on the appliance, the part needed, and labor, so we give you a firm number only after a technician has inspected the unit on-site — phone estimates for luxury appliances just aren't reliable.

How do I book a service appointment?

Call (720) 649-6641, available 24 hours a day, or use the Book Online option to pick a time that works for you. We don't use email or contact forms, so a phone call or the online booking tool are the two ways to reach us.

Are your parts covered by a warranty?

Yes. We install OEM-quality and factory-spec parts and stand behind our workmanship, with warranty terms confirmed at the time of repair so you know exactly what's covered before we finish the job.

Are you affiliated with Sub-Zero, Wolf, or other manufacturers?

No. We're an independent repair company, not an authorized or affiliated service center for any manufacturer. That independence lets us schedule faster and use quality parts without being locked into one brand's process or pricing.

Does living near Cherry Creek Country Club affect appliance maintenance?

Larger estate kitchens in that area often run dual ranges, outdoor kitchen units, and expanded refrigeration, all of which see more use and more exposure to Colorado's temperature swings. We factor that heavier duty cycle into our diagnostics and maintenance recommendations for homes in that part of Cherry Creek.

Half the shops I rang in Denver heard the word Gaggenau and gave me somebody else's phone number. This one sent a technician who already knew the steam generator, found it caked with mineral scale from our water, and had it cleared and running by late that afternoon. I had braced myself for a fortnight of waiting on a part and instead it was one visit.

Our house off Country Club dates to the 1920s and the refrigerated drawers are wedged into original cabinetry with about an inch of clearance either side. He pulled the unit, replaced a dead thermistor and put the whole thing back without leaving a scuff on the woodwork, which was honestly the part I was most nervous about. The drawers have sat at 38 degrees ever since.

What won me over was that he actually opened the cooktop up. The whole right side had gone unresponsive and I had already been told elsewhere that induction glass is not really serviceable and I should budget for a new one. It was a ribbon cable to the touch controls, and the bill was a small fraction of a replacement.

Ran the self-clean cycle overnight and woke up to an oven with no power to it whatsoever. A blown thermal fuse, replaced without any drama — but the genuinely useful bit was the few minutes he spent explaining why that cycle cooks those fuses in the first place and what to do instead. Fifteen years of owning ovens and nobody had ever mentioned it.

The 500 series has been in this kitchen for thirty years and I fully expected to be told its time was up. Instead he tracked down where it was losing refrigerant, brazed the leak, recharged it, and gave me a frank rundown of which parts are still obtainable if something else lets go. It is holding temperature the way it did a decade ago.

Four stars, and the missing one is entirely about scheduling. The door seal on our wine column had gone and the glass fogged over every evening; our appointment was pushed back twice, the second time the day before, so we took time off work for nothing. The technician who eventually came was excellent — showed me exactly where the seal had deformed, replaced it, and the glass has stayed clear since. Good work, frustrating run-up to it.
