Service Built for Kitchens That Don't Tolerate Compromise

Some kitchens are simply too well-appointed for a generic repair visit.

A built-in refrigeration suite in a Country Club estate or a steam oven tucked into a Cherry Creek North rowhome's renovated kitchen deserves more than a rushed appointment window and a technician who's never seen the panel-ready model before. Our VIP service exists for exactly that gap: homeowners who need a repair handled with the same care and discretion they'd expect from any other trusted household vendor. That means calling ahead, wearing shoe covers without being asked, and treating a $15,000 range with the same respect as the surrounding cabinetry.

We're an independent repair company, not a manufacturer-authorized dealer, which actually works in your favor here. It means our technicians aren't rotating through a corporate dispatch queue; they're a small, known team who install OEM-quality and factory-spec parts and who remember which houses have a temperamental icemaker or a wine column that needs a gentle touch. Priority booking means we build your appointment around your schedule, not the other way around, and we communicate before we arrive, not after we're already fifteen minutes late.

This isn't upselling for the sake of it. It's a recognition that at this altitude and in this climate, sophisticated appliances need calibration and attention that generic service plans skip entirely. VIP clients get the technician who actually specializes in their brand and appliance type, scheduled at a time that respects their day.

The Technician Who Actually Knows Your Kitchen

Continuity matters more than most people expect until they lose it. When the same technician handles your Sub-Zero column and your steam oven, they already know the layout of your kitchen, where the panel-ready door hides the control board, and whether last year's ice maker repair was a symptom of the hard water that runs through most of Cherry Creek's older infrastructure. That institutional memory saves time and prevents the kind of guesswork that turns a one-hour visit into a three-hour one.

It also means less explaining on your end. You won't need to walk a new face through the quirks of a 1920s Cherry Creek North rowhome's tight utility closet or a Belcaro remodel's custom panel fronts every single time. VIP clients get a technician who remembers, and that familiarity is worth more than any warranty sticker.

Process

How a VIP Visit Actually Runs

Four steps, none of them left to chance.

  1. 01

    Call or book online

Reach us at (720) 649-6641, answered 24/7, or book your priority slot online. Tell us the appliance, symptom, and preferred window.

  2. 02

    We match the technician

Your appointment goes to the technician most familiar with your brand and, when possible, your specific home or building.

  3. 03

    Confirmed arrival, not a guess

You get a call ahead of arrival and a narrower window than a standard visit, so your day isn't held hostage waiting.

  4. 04

    Diagnosis, then a real number

The $89 diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair. You get a firm estimate before any work begins, no surprises after.

We treat every kitchen like it's the last one we'll ever work in — because for a lot of these clients, it's the only one that matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does VIP service cost more than a standard repair call?

The diagnostic fee is the same flat $89, credited toward your repair either way. VIP status affects scheduling priority and technician matching, not the base pricing structure.

Can I request the same technician for future visits?

Yes. VIP clients are matched with a familiar technician whenever scheduling allows, so the same person who serviced your steam oven last spring can return for your ice maker this winter.

Are you authorized by Sub-Zero or other manufacturers?

No. We operate independently and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by any appliance manufacturer. We use OEM-quality and factory-spec parts to service a wide range of luxury brands.

What happens if a part needs to be ordered after the diagnostic visit?

We'll give you a firm repair estimate and expected timeline once the part is identified. The $89 diagnostic fee still applies toward the final repair cost when you move forward.

Why does altitude and water quality matter for VIP appliances?

At roughly 5,280 feet, gas ranges and ovens burn leaner and often need altitude-specific calibration, while the Front Range's hard water scales up ice makers, dishwashers, and steam ovens over time. Our technicians address both as part of a thorough visit, not as an afterthought.

Half the shops I rang in Denver heard the word Gaggenau and gave me somebody else's phone number. This one sent a technician who already knew the steam generator, found it caked with mineral scale from our water, and had it cleared and running by late that afternoon. I had braced myself for a fortnight of waiting on a part and instead it was one visit.

Our house off Country Club dates to the 1920s and the refrigerated drawers are wedged into original cabinetry with about an inch of clearance either side. He pulled the unit, replaced a dead thermistor and put the whole thing back without leaving a scuff on the woodwork, which was honestly the part I was most nervous about. The drawers have sat at 38 degrees ever since.

What won me over was that he actually opened the cooktop up. The whole right side had gone unresponsive and I had already been told elsewhere that induction glass is not really serviceable and I should budget for a new one. It was a ribbon cable to the touch controls, and the bill was a small fraction of a replacement.

Ran the self-clean cycle overnight and woke up to an oven with no power to it whatsoever. A blown thermal fuse, replaced without any drama — but the genuinely useful bit was the few minutes he spent explaining why that cycle cooks those fuses in the first place and what to do instead. Fifteen years of owning ovens and nobody had ever mentioned it.

The 500 series has been in this kitchen for thirty years and I fully expected to be told its time was up. Instead he tracked down where it was losing refrigerant, brazed the leak, recharged it, and gave me a frank rundown of which parts are still obtainable if something else lets go. It is holding temperature the way it did a decade ago.

Four stars, and the missing one is entirely about scheduling. The door seal on our wine column had gone and the glass fogged over every evening; our appointment was pushed back twice, the second time the day before, so we took time off work for nothing. The technician who eventually came was excellent — showed me exactly where the seal had deformed, replaced it, and the glass has stayed clear since. Good work, frustrating run-up to it.
