A Shop Built Around One Neighborhood

We didn't set out to be everywhere — we set out to be excellent within about fifteen miles of Cherry Creek North.

Most of the appliances we open up carry names like Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, or Thermador, and most of them sit inside homes where the appliance package was chosen as carefully as the cabinetry. That kind of equipment rewards a technician who has already seen the model, already knows which gasket fails first, and already carries the part on the truck rather than ordering it after the visit. We built our service list around that reality: fewer surprises, faster second visits, and a crew that recognizes your kitchen's layout before we walk in.

We are an independent repair company. We are not a factory-authorized network, and we don't pretend to be one — what we offer instead is faster scheduling, more direct communication, and parts sourced to OEM-quality and factory-spec standards rather than a manufacturer's exclusive supply chain. For most of the households we serve, that trade-off means a technician on-site sooner and a bill that reflects the actual repair rather than a brand premium.

Every visit starts the same way regardless of which of the nine services applies: a flat $89 diagnostic fee, applied toward the repair once you approve the work, and a straight answer about what's actually wrong before any parts get ordered.

Kitchens Built to Last, Serviced the Same Way

A lot of our calls come from Cherry Creek North rowhomes and Country Club estates where the appliance package was installed as a set — a Sub-Zero column, a Wolf range, a Miele dishwasher, all specified together and often original to the build. Servicing one piece in isolation without understanding how the others were installed around it tends to create new problems instead of solving the old one.

That's why our technicians look at the whole kitchen footprint, not just the unit that's throwing an error code. On built-in refrigeration especially, panel alignment, ventilation clearance, and door-swing hardware all affect how the sealed system performs over time — and getting that context right the first time is what keeps a repair from becoming a recurring appointment.

Three Things That Set the Work Apart

Altitude-Aware Gas Work

At roughly 5,280 feet, gas ranges, cooktops, and wall ovens burn leaner than the factory spec assumes. We recalibrate orifices and ignition timing for Denver's altitude — a step a sea-level-trained tech routinely skips.

Hard-Water Judgment Calls

Front Range mineral content scales up ice makers, dishwasher spray arms, steam ovens, and water inlet valves faster than most manufacturers' service manuals expect. We descale on every relevant visit and flag filtration upgrades before scale becomes a leak.

One Fee, No Guessing Games

A flat $89 diagnostic covers the visit and applies directly to the repair. You get a firm, on-site estimate before we touch a part — never a phone quote, never a surprise line item.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much will my repair cost?

Every visit starts with a flat $89 diagnostic fee, which is credited toward the repair if you move forward. Because parts and labor vary by model and failure, we only give a firm price after a technician has inspected the appliance on-site.

How soon can you schedule a visit?

Booking is handled online, and many requests are scheduled within a day or two depending on the service line and your neighborhood. Phone lines stay open 24/7 if you'd rather talk through the issue before booking.

Are you factory-authorized, and does that affect my warranty?

No — we operate independently of any manufacturer's authorized network. We use OEM-quality, factory-spec parts, which for most out-of-warranty appliances delivers comparable performance with faster scheduling than a manufacturer-only queue.

Do repairs come with any guarantee on parts or labor?

Yes. Parts we install are backed to factory-spec standards, and our labor is covered against the same failure recurring shortly after a completed repair — your technician will confirm the specific terms for your service line at the visit.

Why do gas ranges and ovens act up more often at this altitude?

At roughly 5,280 feet, gas appliances burn leaner than sea-level factory settings account for, which can cause weak ignition, uneven flame, or oven temperature drift. Our technicians recalibrate for altitude as part of gas range, cooktop, and oven service.

Half the shops I rang in Denver heard the word Gaggenau and gave me somebody else's phone number. This one sent a technician who already knew the steam generator, found it caked with mineral scale from our water, and had it cleared and running by late that afternoon. I had braced myself for a fortnight of waiting on a part and instead it was one visit.

Our house off Country Club dates to the 1920s and the refrigerated drawers are wedged into original cabinetry with about an inch of clearance either side. He pulled the unit, replaced a dead thermistor and put the whole thing back without leaving a scuff on the woodwork, which was honestly the part I was most nervous about. The drawers have sat at 38 degrees ever since.

What won me over was that he actually opened the cooktop up. The whole right side had gone unresponsive and I had already been told elsewhere that induction glass is not really serviceable and I should budget for a new one. It was a ribbon cable to the touch controls, and the bill was a small fraction of a replacement.

Ran the self-clean cycle overnight and woke up to an oven with no power to it whatsoever. A blown thermal fuse, replaced without any drama — but the genuinely useful bit was the few minutes he spent explaining why that cycle cooks those fuses in the first place and what to do instead. Fifteen years of owning ovens and nobody had ever mentioned it.

The 500 series has been in this kitchen for thirty years and I fully expected to be told its time was up. Instead he tracked down where it was losing refrigerant, brazed the leak, recharged it, and gave me a frank rundown of which parts are still obtainable if something else lets go. It is holding temperature the way it did a decade ago.

Four stars, and the missing one is entirely about scheduling. The door seal on our wine column had gone and the glass fogged over every evening; our appointment was pushed back twice, the second time the day before, so we took time off work for nothing. The technician who eventually came was excellent — showed me exactly where the seal had deformed, replaced it, and the glass has stayed clear since. Good work, frustrating run-up to it.
